Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for paid plans on Edit Your Caption, operated by Vanya Store. Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (USD).

1. Cancellation

You can cancel from the Billing page at any time. On cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Paid plans do not auto-renew unless stated otherwise.

2. Refunds

Because Edit Your Caption is a digital service delivered instantly, paid periods are generally non-refundable once paid features have been used. We will consider a full or partial refund at our discretion if:

• You were charged in error or double-charged, or
• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not meaningfully used paid features (e.g. no watermark-free / 4K / transparent exports and no significant transcription usage that period), or
• A verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the plan.

3. How to request

Email support.edityourcaption@gmail.com from your account email with your payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment partner and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
