To provide and operate the Service — authenticate you, store your projects, generate captions, meter usage against your plan, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third parties we share with

• OpenAI — audio is sent for automated transcription/translation.
• Razorpay / Stripe — to process payments.
• Infrastructure providers that host our database and files.

These providers process data only to perform their service for us.

4. Retention

We keep your account and project data while your account is active. Uploaded media and exports are retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and are removed on a rolling basis. You can request deletion of your account and data.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
